The staff was very, very nice and helpful and we will be back. The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a secure area, so close to superbly close to the lakes for gorgeous walks, Tivoli Gardens and Rathuspladsen Metro station. The location was fantastic and the private parking was outside. Ate at Osteria Alfredo, it's relatively close to the venue.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel - it exceeded all expectations. Booked penthouse with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. And beds were comfortable. The staff was excellent and check in was early.

Our apartment included central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a TV set. The staff was excellent throughout the day.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and my room was extraordinary, with a super comfy bed and hypoallergenic pillows, as well as a well-equipped kitchen.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining in. The bedroom provided ample storage space and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light. The apartment manager was extremely helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The exterior of the building did not match the pictures shown and the proximity to the water was misleading. The toilet required significant force to flush and there was no oven in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at a great location just a short walk from the center. The staff, particularly Nelli and Julie, were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions and messages. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom had plenty of storage space and the bathroom was clean and of a good size. The apartment had lots of windows, allowing for great natural light and cross ventilation. We appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Nelli truly exceeded our expectations with her support and responsiveness, even arranging for a fan during a hot and humid week.

I recently stayed at By The Lakes Apartments - Into This Place for a night before my city hall wedding. The location was very convenient and the apartment was comfortable and clean. The instructions provided were clear and helpful in navigating the stay. it was a good experience.

There were a few other minor issues during my stay. The wooden floor and bed in the studio apartment creaked, the dishes were not well cleaned upon arrival, and we never received the extra set of towels promised.

We had a fantastic penthouse with a huge living space and a great TV. Rewritten: Our penthouse had a really spacious living area and a fantastic TV.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and we felt like locals during our stay. The location was great, within walking distance to all the places we needed to go. The washer/dryer in the apartment was a huge plus. Car rentals were conveniently located nearby. We highly recommend this property for families!

During our stay, we had a minor issue with the fan in one of the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have at least one more fan in the apartment, particularly for the other bedroom and living room.

We really enjoyed our comfortable stay at By The Lakes Apartments. The location was superbly close to the lakes for gorgeous walks, the metro, Tivoli, and the city center. It was also convenient to have dinner at Il Grappolo Blu nearby.
